I attended Lisa René's women's vocal activation mini-retreat and it was so connecting and touching. Lisa René is an allower. She opens sensitive and vulnerable spaces in which she shows herself completely authentically. In the guided vocal activation exercises, she guides you through the exercises in a playful way, so that you can rediscover and use your own voice with ease. Because of her relaxed nature and not taking herself too seriously, super fun encounters were possible in which you could step out of your own box and just be. During the retreat I felt like I was hanging out with my best friends and sharing deep, touching topics. I got to know my inner wild woman and my free inner child more deeply and gained many ideas about how I can easily explore and open my voice further in everyday life. A very big thank you for this weekend & highly recommended.
