I recommend this to everyone!!! Just try one time and you will be hooked. The combination of breathwork and Lisa's voice is heavenly. You will love, love love this. When I did my breathwork and Lisa was singing. The sound of her voice... the love and comfort that enveloped me... the vibration which her voice resonates just sent me straight to my vortex. I recall traveling and visually seeing a rainbow of colors while her voice literally helped hold that space.
Another time I went And set my intention to open my third eye. Wouldn't you know a crow or raven visited me twice and when he left to guess what he was missing? His EYE! My face was behind a violet veil the entire time.
